devspace up: print useful output if terminal is disabled

When terminal in devspace up is disabled (either via flag --terminal or config option devspace.terminal.disabled) nothing is printed anymore after establishing sync & port forwarding. Maybe we can log the sync output on the terminal instead.

Unsure if it's possible but would be nice if the sync/forward continued to run in the background until devspace down, returning the original (host) terminal to the user, but I can imagine that would be huge change.

Thanks for the suggestion! I see your point, but I'm not sure if we should implement such functionality, because in my feeling this sounds more like terminal functionality - is there any reason why you would prefer to use this instead of devspace up &?
