Description

1. This PR updates the following dependency versions to fix dependabot issues.

• mellium.im/sasl : v0.2.1 => v0.3.1
• golang.org/grpc v1.51.0 => v1.56.3
• golang.org/x/net v0.9.0 => v0.17.0
• github.com/prometheus/client_golang v1.7.1 => v1.11.1
• github.com/tidwall/gjson v1.8.0 => v1.9.3

2. also updated the common-lib version to support exporting of pub-sub metrics.

• tests are performed by deploying image on vm.
