**ICRC-10**
* Austin to look at the proposed changes
* Move ahead with NNS vote

**The high-performance ledger (hpl)**
* Brief discussion of [The high-performance ledger](https://github.com/research-ag/hpl-io?tab=readme-ov-file) (hpl)

**Security tokens**
* Longer term, it would be great to have security tokens on ICP
* RWA is a growing field and ICP should be part of that
* Austin suggests to think whether the following general pattern may apply also to security tokens
* A transaction proceeds in multiple stages
* A transaction is filed
* A transaction has to be settled, involving clearing steps to be completed
* E.g., KYC, regulatory treatment
* Maybe there is a pattern involving external signers (smart contracts) to realize this
* After filing, each tx gets assigned to or selected by transaction approvers / clearing agents who perform further checks
* Clearing agents can release transaction
* KYC agent or regulatory agent or some other agent picks up the transaction
* Can have any number of agents available; managed, e.g., through decentralized list of authorized signers
* The question is whether we can a pattern that is equally applicable to security tokens and other applications, meaning that security tokens would not need a separate treatment, but could be handled by such framework
* Can have DAO that needs to approve every tx that is over 10K tokens: submits DAO proposal and waits to hear back
* We should think about this approach when discussing security tokens
