This PR updates the EVM RPC documentation to describe the new pricing as a result of the number of nodes in the fiduciary subnet being increased from 28 to 31 and (eventually) 34. I also updated the pricing formula and mentioned the "collateral cycles" which are required for RPC requests and then refunded by the canister afterwards.
