Dialogic 1.4.5+
Additional functions added to get_save_definitions()
Helps games already published to be able to expand dialogic vn game by:
Adding new default variables, and deleting depreciated default variables (which help function's loop speed).

Addresses issue #1278, and would close it.

added two checks and one line modification to get_saved_folders()
this fixes an issue for dialogic's saving system when publishing for HTML with the Dialogic VN template
