- also renames state_info "character" to "speaker" to be more clear.

Previously when switching to a new layout that used a different scene dialogic wouldn't load all the current info on the new layout. It now does, meaning current backgrounds, portraits, text etc. will be present in the new layout.
This hopefully also prevents getting stuck due to style changes.
