At the moment it's hashing the URL - dangerous for missing updated files with an unchanging URL, as well as having no control over storage on the faas cluster.

Solution is to make sure fn-dbscan-clusterer is using the template instead, and possibly also the squid cache.

Think comments above meant to refer to fn-cov-extr, which is fixed.
