include a script to setup the RPi OS.

@heckgui should have a script for installing ROS Kinetic on raspbian

document the currently used OS, whatever the flavor of it. I guess Heck is using Emlid's debian-based OS. Just insert some lines saying "It is using OS XYZ, version ABC, from url. After installing the image, please run the script blabla to install additional dependencies."
