Windows 1.1 Hotfix

An issue was noticed in the previous version about yt_dlp complaining about not being fully updated, even though it was, and the icon was not included in the executable, so it decided to terminate. All of those are fixed now.

Initial Release! Maybe, we will have linux support. It is fully functional through the python file in the source though!
