Readme for python venv in support of UWF IDC 6210 breast cancer project

Usage:

1. Pull repo to local
2. Navigate to repo directory, Scripts subdirectory
3. Execute the "activate" script for your OS
4. In the python breast cancer project set this venv path as your kernel
