Changes:

• Swapped out the 100 µF ceramic cap for a 150 µF tantalum cap.
• Flipped the L/R positions of the current limiter (U1) and the USB-side cap (C2) for better VBUS trace routing.
• Moved the version label from underneath the USB port to underneath the Teensy graphic so that it's visible on the fully soldered board.
• Removed the second mounting hole drill (the board edge routing should be sufficient).
• Reduced the size of the reference silkscreen labels and properly aligned them with the parts.
