Bug-fix release 1.0.3

Fixes following issues:
#38 - remove hardcoded CA_DIR from RecordIO
#12 - Propagate UserAgent authorization parameters options to the upload utility
#40 - Accept bzip2 compressed dumps
#42 - spacemon symlink can't find the modules
#43 - timestamp indicating date in the future
