  1. README: Remove mention of Debian 7 Wheezy 

    Packages for Wheezy are no longer built, so remove it
from the list of packages in the README.

  2. Remove build scripts for Debian 8 "Jessie" 

    Docker is no longer packaged for Debian Jessie,
so remove the scripts.

  3. Remove Ubuntu 14.04 "trusty tahr" build scripts 

    Docker no longer ships packages for Ubuntu 14.04,
so remove the build scripts as well.

  4. README: remove Ubuntu 17.10 "Artful" 

    Packages are no longer built for Ubuntu 17.10 since
commit eb635bd, so
remove it from the README as well
