Description
Added consolidated subscriptions.
Changed Core, Build Cloud, and Scout subscriptions to legacy.
Very much a WIP.
Notable changes mostly in the subscription section and Hub usage. For the legacy subscriptions, all legacy info consolidated under the tabs in details.
