A source that changes its universe priority will not trigger a refresh of the detail pane

When a transmitting sACN source changes its per universe priority (and is transmitting in per source mode / without DD packets), the selected address will not update its priority until it is selected again. Instead, when a source's priority changes, we should refresh this pane.

Note in this example:
The other source is currently inactive.
Per address priority was off at the source.
This source is capable of changing its priority at runtime - I note sACNView doesn't allow this for its transmit window (which is fine, otherwise I would have submitted a repro using just sACNView)
