This pull request adds sentry to keep track of frontend bugs. Sentry sends the traceback to their website if issues occur.
Currently issues will be reported in all environments, but an environment label is included to filter within sentry.
The sourcemaps are now also build by webpack and sent to sentry, which results in better information on the error source.
We do not report replay information to sentry as that would be too intrusive on privacy.
