Version 3.1.0

This new release of the Dog gateway (version 3.1.0) provides various bug fixes and improvements, including a new core library, all drivers updated accordingly, and minor changes in the REST API.

You can download:

• the compiled version of the entire repository, available as a collection of jars;
• a standalone version, including the core part of the gateway, almost all the addons, and the Z-Wave drivers; this version is suitable for a practical usage as well as for getting started (see the Use it! section on the Dog website);
• the repository source code, for developing new features or improving some parts (please, refer to the Dev Center on the Dog website for further information);

In the zip files, a README.md document provide further instructions and explainations.
