I`d appreciate a review about this modification. The double use of depends_on was causing errors, then i removed the condition.

This PR intents to update the docker compose file to fit a modification in merge keys introduced on version 2.17 of docker compose.
The problem and solving approach was described here docker/compose#10407 some weeks ago
