Картиночки можно уменьшить по весу при помощи, например, tinyjpg.com.
Пожалуйста, почитай инструкцию про раздел «На практике» → https://github.com/doka-guide/content/blob/main/docs/practice.md
В частности важно назвать файл с советом своим ником.
Кроме этого нужно создать папку со своим профилем в папке people/. Вот тут подробнее https://github.com/doka-guide/content/blob/main/docs/people.md
