Hi,
I've been using
mkdocs-with-pdf
for a little while now and have encountered a few issues that have publically available fixes, but that haven't been integrated into the main repository because the maintainer is AWOL.This spurred me to integrate a bunch of them into one fork that I hope to be able to continue to maintain. I also intend on creating a PyPi package to download this in the near future.
Anyway, here are the fixes that I am merging in, and info as to where they came from and the original creators of the patches. Thank you to all of you!
