Install plugins

Link the scripts
./install.sh

(optional) Compile vim plugin YouCompleteMe
sudo apt-get install build-essential cmake; cd ~/.vim/bundle/YouCompleteMe; ./install.py --clang-completer

(optional) Load local setting

to enter console mode in grub menu and type
