New language features: (See What’s new in C# 11)

Generic math support - not planned, would not be efficient in JS, and provides nothing Macros/Inlines can't do
Newlines in string interpolations (Roslyn update should be enough)
- Test added
List patterns
- Test added
Raw string literals (Roslyn update should be enough)
- Test added
Auto-default struct (needs improved struct support first)
- Test added
default members, file access modifier are code analysis concerns only, should need no WS changes
