Issue description
In "Explore the .NET Aspire dashboard" document, we need to make some image update and details in the Description.

Issue 1:
For Resource Details section, the description when selecting the View link needs to be change.

Issue 2:
For Resource Details section, the image above needs to be updated.

To obtain full details about each resource, need to select the ellipsis icon to show the View Details in the Action column:

For Structured logs page section, the description for 'Details' needs to be changed to 'Actions' description and the image needs to be update with the changes in Traces and Actions column.

For Filter structured logs section, the image needs to be updated containing the string 'Parameter, Condition and Value' under filter options.
