Run build normally first and if the DbContext assembly was (re)built then generate the compiled model and compile again. Don't use the previously generated compiled model during normal compilation. Disable PublishAOT when compiling the DbContext assembly for model generation. Make the .Tasks NuGet package a development dependency Improve exception messages for common negative cases. Rename OptimizeContext task to OptimizeDbContext. Fixes #33487
