I'm not sure what this was, but these machines seem to be processing jobs again.

This is likely related to some investigation stuff I was doing with @vancem ; specifically some GC tests got super naughty and we thought there were machines in a bad state. Experimentation (Which involved taking 5 machines offline) showed that this was just a flaky test, so I put them back. That's likely the source of your problem, sorry for the inconvenience.
