Going by the History menu, seems like first occurrence of this test+leg failure was on 02/22/2020 in https://dev.azure.com/dnceng/public/_build/results?buildId=533303&view=ms.vss-test-web.build-test-results-tab&runId=16931504&resultId=100203 (or maybe we have hit the history limit there), but it has failed multiple times since.

Yeah seems its deleted and the Github record doesn't say anything about the failure, if the failure not happening anymore I would assume that was not caused by XML code or test.
