@lewing @steveisok there are some Wasm failures I have not seen before and do not have a linked pre-existing issue. Are they related to source-build by any chance?

I am not a fan of batchable subscriptions, makes it harder to determine if any of the subscriptions caused the error. I'll close this PR, unbatch these subscriptions, and trigger them again.
