Apparently we were still using the legacy runner system on ios-like platforms.

We need to move off of this so we can delete the old system.

Opening as draft to see how it breaks.

Does the legacy runner include tests with the main entry point that require XUnit wrappers?

Yes. I'm currently moving the remaining tests that don't have xunit runners to have them in other PRs before coming back to this to see what's working on Helix and what isn't.

@kotlarmilos I've gotten the tests building (both with support for building on Helix and not), but I'm struggling to get them running correctly. Any chance you can help me out with this PR?
