  1. [LinuxBionic] Explicitly opt out of RemoteExecutor support 

    Set DOTNET_REMOTEEXECUTOR_SUPPORTED=0 in SimpleAndroidTestRunner in order not run RemoteExecutor tests on LinuxBionic. It's not adequately supported on devices.
