Yes this can be removed. It was used in the dotnet/runtime integration of a custom set of crossgen2 tasks (which still exists, but this part never needed to be part of the public sdk) |

The SDK doesn't ship Microsoft.NET.Sdk.Crossgen.dll.
@davidwrighton I saw you introduced this in dd30cab but from what I can see this is unused?
