Fixed compile warnings, updated gitignore.
FCheck input file MAGIC before processing. Some formatting fixes. Added success message.
Updated Usage, ReadME, and added ability to export MCR if provided a VMP file.
Plus some formatting fixes.
Freed input for good practice.

Fixed other little bugs, added comments, updated usage and README, improved on-screen output, renamed some variables/defines to be easier understood.
