After having found a deep passion for Linux, DevOps, and all kinds of FOSS projects, I love spending my time:
-
maintaining Garuda Linux. Here, I'm mostly maintaining the servers and the package repository. I also take care of a lot of other stuff that needs to be done.
-
being the lead maintainer of Chaotic-AUR, an Arch Linux user repository that also happens to be the repo of Garuda Linux. It can be used to prevent long compilation times of AUR packages that would otherwise take hours to complete.
- We lately reworked our build system to work with CI scripts in tandem with a TypeScript-based Chaotic Manager.
- I'm currently rewriting the Chaotic-AUR website to provide more information about the project, as well as to provide a better user and maintainer experience via Chaotic-Next.
-
creating and maintaining two NixOS flakes - Dr460nixed and Garuda Nix Subsystem.
- The former makes use of the subsystem's internal modules and provides a framework to easily get started with a pre-configured NixOS flakes setup
- The latter is a NixOS subsystem that provides a way to easily install and manage NixOS on top of an existing Garuda Linux installation.
Some other things I'm working on include:
- Container Manager, a NestJS backend for managing Docker in Docker containers for CI/CD pipelines setting up per-branch test environments.
- GarudaNG, an Angular component library for Garuda Linux.
- Garuda Linux start page, a simple general-purpose start page for Garuda Linux users written in Angular.
- FireDragon, a Floorp fork with different branding and some additional features.
