Ideally this plugin should be modified to only affect the selected portion of the score rather than the whole thing. This would make entering and editing lyrics containing English or other non-Japanese words far easier and would just be more intuitive overall. Also affects https://github.com/dragonwithafez/Romaji2Katakana.

Initial implementation of #6

Plugin now works only on current selection rather than entire score. This should hopefully be much more convenient. Special thanks to the author(s) of the TempoChanges plugin, as I based parts of my code for handling the selection off of theirs.
