Error response from daemon: Conflict. The container name "/univer-postgres" is already in use by container "a9e212fc52bb93a8911b6efb5746672a2ed3cc6d7f25356726ececeef39731d4". You have to remove (or rename) that container to be able to reuse that name.

docker compose ls
cd /xx/docker-compose
docker compose ps
docker compose down

reinstall
