dreamsnloader - A no brainer safe network loader

tested on Debain 11 and Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

1. to install the dependencies run bash DebianUbuntu-dependencies.sh and provide sudo password (warning it deletes ~/.safe)

2. to join the dreamnet without the need for sudo password run bash dreamnetSingleNodeLoader.sh
