While doing this I renamed the sxmo-ui packages to align better with what seems to be the convention for split packages

I renamed
sxmo-ui-sway-metaandsxmo-ui-dwm-metatosxmo-utils-swayandsxmo-utils-dwm, I think this makes more sense, especially since they aren't entirely metapackages.This also includes a handful of related upgrades that were easier to do all at once than as separate PRs.
