This bumps the version of PGlite to fix failing tests. Also changes use of
affectedRows, this is not the number of rows returned, but the number of rows modified by the query,rows.lengthis the correct way to check the returned number of rows.Materialized views and setting timezone are currently not supported by PGlite, related bugs here: electric-sql/pglite#62 & electric-sql/pglite#63
