We tried this out in the meeting and looks like it fixes one of the bindings issues we identified recently. There are a few others and we did some investigations that I'll aim to capture in the notes. I will merge now, thanks @michaelballantyne ! |

Summary of Changes
Upgrade the syntax-spec dependency to the newly released syntax-spec-v2 package, including adapting to a change in the syntax of binding specifications.
