Installation wizard for first time use

It might be a hassle for new users to have everything configured well. It might prove useful to have a (very short) wizard asking the user what to do.

• Something simple as: http://www.jquery-steps.com/Examples#vertical
• Should be asked only once, by storing this in the database.
• Possible questions:
  • DSMR version
  • How to group readings
  • Whether to track weather

I think this might also replace the configuration page, making thing easier and more convenient for the users. Also, the wizard could be started on demand as well, besides the automatically triggered initial one.

I've looked around and tried some wizards, but I think I'll just redesign the configuration page. Collapsing all the options leaving only the (seven) headers visible should do it.

The only thing left to do is storing messages in the database for introducing new features, redirecting to the configuration page.

• Added notifications in dashboard. They can be dismissed easily, after logging in.
• Two addition notifications will be placed for new users regarding configuration and status page. Users with an installation older than a day won't receive them.
• Translation of notifications is support. However, since no browser request is used during data migrations, I have no clue what the preferred language is of the end user. Therfor I forced Dutch translations in the messages, for now.
• Added a notification for everyone regarding the Mindergas.nl integration.
