Merge #252

252: Minor README changes r=duckinator a=duckinator

The CII "Best Practices Initiative" (<https://bestpractices.coreinfrastructure.org/en>) recommends having this information listed explicitly, and that seems reasonable to me, so I made a quick PR for it.
