Take into account the details of going in and out of the WoT, and the fact that certifications survive the disappearance of their senders and receivers. Use sets of integers rather than AVL binary trees to calculate the distance rule much faster. Store the results of this calculation in an AVL tree to avoid their recalculations (very efficient!). Execution time limit removed in WotWizard, since it's much faster than before.
