Prevent help screen from disappearing if the user has set $LESS

If the user has something like

export LESS=-FRX

like I do , then less will exit immediately if there is less that one page of text. (-F or --quit-if-one-screen Causes less to automatically exit if the entire file can be displayed on the first screen.)

In that case pressing shift-F1 just "flashes" the help page . The proposed change make sure that the --quit-if-one-screen option is not in effect when pressing shift-F1
