fix: tests called specifying environment (#439)

* fix: Update dependency that had sub-dependency with security vuln * fix: specify envirohment when calling e2esmoke tests * fix: specify envirohment when calling e2esmoke tests * chore: temporary snyk ignore for twig until upgrade ticket completed * chore: temporary snyk ignore for twig until upgrade ticket completed * chore: added expiry for override to 1 month
