MIDI via the network

mt32-pi can receive MIDI over the network wither either an Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection.

Two network MIDI protocols are supported:

• RTP-MIDI (aka. AppleMIDI) - a standard protocol supported by various software.
• UDP MIDI - raw MIDI data received via UDP socket.
