A wlroots-compatible Wayland color picker that does not suck.
Launch it. Click. That's it.
-f | --format=[fmt]
specifies the output format (cmyk
, hex
, rgb
, hsl
, hsv
)
-n | --no-fancy
disables the "fancy" (aka. colored) outputting
-h | --help
prints a help message
-a | --autocopy
automatically copies the output to the clipboard (requires wl-clipboard)
-r | --render-inactive
render (freeze) inactive displays too
-z | --no-zoom
disable the zoom lens

Install build dependencies (Debian):
apt install --no-install-recommends -y cmake g++ make pkg-config libpango1.0-dev libjpeg-dev libwayland-dev wayland-protocols libxkbcommon-dev libgles2-mesa-dev
Building is done via CMake:
cmake --no-warn-unused-cli -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE:STRING=Release -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX:PATH=/usr -S . -B ./build

Install with:
cmake --install ./build
