One exception: We still want lazy formatting for logging * Enable pylint check * Use flynt for conversion * Remove redundant str()-calls
* Move test packages django-webtest, webtest and model_bakery into requirements-dev.txt * Sort requirements alphabetically * Use `pip freeze` output format (no spaces) * Remove explicit webtest dependency, as it is a dependency of django-webtest
