Class procedure syntax change

To facilitate non-standard object construction, a class procedure itself can no longer take arguments anymore, this is the major breaking change to drive this release.

There are plenty bug fixes and improvements incorporated into this release as well.

Update for GHC 8.8

• fixed a bug that can not start with GHC 8.8
• reactor logic fixup
