Disposes a disposable object, same as c# using keyword.

EXAMPLES

Example 1

PS C:\> Use-Object($c=[System.Net.WebClient]::new()){
            $c.DownloadFile($_.resource.downloadUrl,$zip)
        }

Use a webclient and dispose it when done.
