we got rid of this, eb won't be adding these comments anymore in EasyBuild v2.0.0, they've never been of use anyway imho :-)

ha, it isn't a bad idea since using the tweaked config is not a terrible way to move things forward.

that's what I figured too, I got sick of pointing out those # tweaked comments in PRs ;)
