Hi Erik,

I keep getting following messages in my homebridge log every few seconds:

[27/02/2021, 18:22:32] [Hue] Bodenleuchte: set homekit transition control to "" [27/02/2021, 18:22:42] [Hue] Terrassenleuchte: set homekit transition control to "" [27/02/2021, 18:22:42] [Hue] Bodenleuchte: set homekit transition control to "" [27/02/2021, 18:23:21] [Hue] Terrassenleuchte: set homekit transition control to "" [27/02/2021, 18:23:21] [Hue] Bodenleuchte: set homekit transition control to "" [27/02/2021, 18:23:30] [Hue] Terrassenleuchte: set homekit transition control to "" [27/02/2021, 18:23:30] [Hue] Bodenleuchte: set homekit transition control to "" [27/02/2021, 18:23:51] [Hue] Terrassenleuchte: set homekit transition control to "" [27/02/2021, 18:23:51] [Hue] Bodenleuchte: set homekit transition control to "" [27/02/2021, 18:24:16] [Hue] Terrassenleuchte: set homekit transition control to "" [27/02/2021, 18:24:16] [Hue] Bodenleuchte: set homekit transition control to "" [27/02/2021, 18:24:32] [Hue] Terrassenleuchte: set homekit transition control to "" [27/02/2021, 18:24:32] [Hue] Bodenleuchte: set homekit transition control to "" [27/02/2021, 18:24:45] [Hue] Terrassenleuchte: set homekit transition control to "" [27/02/2021, 18:24:45] [Hue] Bodenleuchte: set homekit transition control to "" [27/02/2021, 18:24:54] [Hue] Terrassenleuchte: set homekit transition control to "" [27/02/2021, 18:24:54] [Hue] Bodenleuchte: set homekit transition control to ""

No problem as such, everything is running, but it does clutter the log and as I am not using adaptive lighting: Is there any way of turning these messages of?

Thanks

I also see all these messages
Plus devices log every single change (like a change in outdoor temperature of 0.1 degrees), which also produces a lot of (less relevant) log records.
Is there a way to configure log level, e.g. Between Info, Warning, and Errorr?
If not, that would be very helpful

otherwise thanks for a great plugin, I enjoy being able to control my non-hue bulbs from Siri.

Most of my other plugins support setting the log level dynamically (at run time) per accessory or group of accessories. This is implemented largely in homebridge-lib. Homebridge Hue will support setting the log level per bridge/gateway, once I refactor it to the dynamic platform accessory model, fully utilising homebridge-lib (see #4). I won't be retrofitting that functionality to the current design of homebridge-hue.

The set homekit ... to ... log messages indicate a call from HomeKit to Homebridge, see README. I'm only seeing these for "transition control" shortly after restarting Homebridge or starting Home. Indeed, setting the value to "" means adaptive lighting is disabled.

This issue keeps popping up. I'll suppress the log message when adaptive lighting is not active in the next version.
